Holiday house Arbalovija (450) is a detached object which accommodates five people. This traditional Istrian stone house features a “baladur” (a type of balcony) and has two separate entrances. It is ideal for families with children or for a nice holiday as a couple. Children under 4 years old stay for free.
There’s a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upper floor has another bedroom with double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. Both floors are connected by outdoor staircase. You can find a small terrace outside with outdoor garden furniture, where you can enjoy privacy, completely hidden from other guests.
Our spacious fenced garden on 6,000 m2 is equipped with various outdoor facilities including a shared swimming pool, outdoor brick grill and indoor fireplace. Our youngest guests are more than welcome to have some fun on the children’s playground with additional treehouse, while your pets can play in partially fenced lawn, located next to the holiday house.
Holiday house 450 has all of the commodities of a modern home, but at the same time respects tradition and our personal wish of preserving nature and its surroundings. House is equipped with recycled furniture, where only the necessary parts such as the dishwasher or microwave are made of plastic. Natural and environmentally friendly materials have been used when building this house and most of the house was made by hand.
Not far from the village of Dončići, where our holiday house is settled, there’s a small town named Žminj, where you will find stores, family restaurants with traditional Istrian dishes, and we also suggest visiting nearby dairy “Latus” and family-owned distillery and rakija tasting room “Frane destilerija”.
Holiday house Arbalovija (450) is only a 20-minute drive from well-known Istrian beaches.
