Apartment Arbalovija small (451) is a cosy 60 m2 apartment for 4-6 people. This apartment is located on the ground floor and surrounded by beautiful nature. Apartment 451 is a part of the traditional stone house and has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and access to the outdoor terrace.
Small outdoor terrace with garden furniture is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning overlooking the beautiful panorama of our rural landscape.
Our apartments have been equipped with repurposed furniture and made with natural materials, while only the most necessary appliances were bought and are made of plastic materials.
Our spacious fenced garden on 6,000 m2 is equipped with various outdoor facilities including a shared swimming pool, outdoor brick grill and indoor fireplace. Next to the Apartment 451 there’s a holiday house and another apartment. Our youngest guests are more than welcome to have some fun on the children’s playground with additional treehouse, while your pets can play on our partially fenced lawn. Children under 4 years old stay for free.
In the nearby town of Žminj you can find stores, cafes, a very interesting cave called “Feštinsko kraljevstvo” and local “In Sylvis” winery.
Apartment Arbalovija small (451) is only a 20-minute drive from well-known Istrian beaches.

Total refund is possible up to 10 days before arrival; we do not approve refunds after that.
